IM22-GHC6F3-EU Shade 3 Gold hard coated Face Shield

Our injection molded Nanoparticle Gold Shields are designed to be used by mill and foundry workers. They are manufactured from Polycarbonate and coated with 99,99% Fine Gold, while the Gold coating itself is protected by a hard coating for extended service life. The Gold Shields are designed to block the extreme radiant heat from molten metal and to optimize the Visible Light Transmittance (VLT) to allow the best possible view while working.

lnjection molded gold on Shade 3 face shield measuring 10“ x 20“ x 0.06“. Designed to be worn with both cap and hat brackets. Rated for severe industrial service where extreme radiant heat, typical radiation source up to 1150 °C as per EN 171:2002, Annex B.1, visible and infrared light, and high impact may occur.
