CRI-1900 Rechargeable 1900 Lumen high CRI 96+ Nylon-Polmer Site Light with 4 Light Colours

The Unilite CRI-1900 is a high CRI site light that is part of their range of CRI rechargeable LED Site lights, and has the ability to be either mains powered or use the built-in rechargeable battery as well as offering a 2 A power bank output.

It has an output of 1900 lumens from a 15.6 W COB LED on the maximum setting and has four output levels of eco, low, mid and high to chose from, as well as a choice of four colour temperatures of 2700 K, 3500 K, 4500 K and 6500 K.

Colour rendering index (CRI) is a measurement of a light sources ability to faithfully reveal the true colour of an object in comparison to a natural light source such as sunlight and is measured between 0-100. The CRI-1900 has a high CRI 96+ value, which means the quality of the light source is extremely good and shows colours in their true form and also helps reduce eye strain that lower CRI lights can cause.

Offering excellent light spread and power the CRI-1900 features two buttons on the back to control all the settings. The left button is the on/off button and controls the brightness output with each press cycling through eco, low, mid, high and off. If left in any mode for longer than 3 seconds the next press will turn the light off rather than cycling to the next brightness level. Below the button are four lights each with the lumen output next to them, and a green light will indicate which output you are on.

When it is turned on the power level indicators next to the power button will light up to show remaining power and consist of four lights representing 25, 50, 75 and 100% power.

Once turned on the brightness and colour temperature can then be altered to suit the task at hand. The right button changes the colour temperature and has four lights below it, each with the colour temperature wrote next to it. Each press of the CCT button will cycle through these with a green light to show which colour temperature you are on. The last used colour temperature will be remembered and turn back on in that colour temperature.

Utilising a 7.4 V 5000 mAh lithium-ion rechargeable battery, the CRI-1900 has a run time of up to 1 hour, 30 minutes on the highest setting. The battery is easily recharged by lifting the dust cover on the back of the light and inserting the charging cable into the charging port at one end and inserting the other end into the mains socket. The included mains adaptor comes with four different plug attachments for use in multiple countries such as UK, USA, Australia and in the EU. The light can also be used continuously whilst connected to the mains, even with a fully charged battery, which allows you to save the battery power if access to a mains socket is available when using the light.

While charging the four charging indicators on the back will display charging progress with one light flashing to start with before becoming solid and the next light flashing until eventually all four LEDs are solid after approximately 3 hours full charge time. In addition to the light function, the CRI-1900 also has a 2 A power bank feature and can charge external devices via the standard USB-A port located next to the charging port on the back. To charge an external device simply plug the USB-A end of the required cable for your device into the USB-A port on the light and the device should begin charging automatically.

It is made from super tough nylon polymer, with a fluorescent yellow centre and also features a a glow in the dark strip around the reflector for increased visibility.

A stand is tucked away at the back and can be pulled out and rotated within a 210° range so that the light can be angled in the perfect direction and it also doubles as a strong magnet and carabiner clip. A 180° rotatable handle allows for easy carrying, and has a hole cut out for tripod attachment. When not in use the light and plugs can all be stored in the handy nylon carry case, which zips up and has a handle for carrying.

This site light is also compatible with the extendable single and double head tripods that are available to purchase separately.
