Consists of two parts made of foam material, vinyl coated, that applies onto a base with straps in order to fit on different types of stretchers.
Usually used on the Spinal Board Stretcher for immobilization of patient's head and permits the transportation of the patient for long and inaccessible distances.
Finally, supports natural the head of the injured, avoiding as much as possible the additional pressure on the skull.
