405-C Maske Saldimi 110x90
Maske Saldimi Climax 405-C u krijua për të siguruar mbrojtje efektive nga rrezatimi i emetuar gjatë proceseve të saldimit, si dhe nga grimcat inkandeshente të lëshuara gjatë proceseve të tilla. Nuk kërkohen çelësa ose bateri. Helmeta është gjithashtu e pajisur me një sistem mbërthimi që mund të rregullohet për të siguruar një përshtatje të rehatshme për mbajtësin.
Predha e helmetës është prodhuar nga fije qelqi poliamide rezistente ndaj zjarrit për rezistencë të lartë ndaj flakës. Helmeta mbulon të gjithë fytyrën dhe qafën, duke e mbrojtur atë nga djegiet e mundshme. Madhësia totale e guaskës së helmetës është afërsisht 310 mm x 210 mm.
Sistemi i fiksimit përbëhet nga një kapelë me dy rripa (rrip kontur dhe rrip kryq). Perimetri i rripit të konturit mund të rregullohet në mënyrë komode duke rrotulluar dadon e krahut në pjesën e pasme të rripit të konturit dhe gjatësia e rripit tërthor mund të rregullohet gjithashtu në shtatë pozicione të ndryshme. Rripi i konturit ka dy jastëkë që parandalojnë shqetësimin në pikat ku rripi prek kokën e përdoruesit.
Asambleja e lenteve përbëhet nga një lente mbuluese dhe një lente filtri prej xhami saldimi të zi me trashësi 2.6 mm. Të dy lentet kanë përmasa 110 x 90 mm. Mburoja është prodhuar me një lente standarde filtri të hijes 12, megjithëse një gamë e gjerë e hijeve të tjera të filtrit janë gjithashtu të disponueshme. Pllakë filtri qelqi e rregullueshme.
