TS9000101 Stretch lanyard for connecting heavy tools

Stretch lanyard for connecting heavy tools such as chainsaw, portable tools,… to a tool-holding point on the harness or belt of the user.
Max. length : 1,30 m.

Material : Polyester.

Has a steel ring (inside diam. 38 mm) for connecting to a tool-holding hook on the harness or belt of the user.
Has a steel D-ring at one end for connecting to the harness of the user.
Length of the loop : 130 mm, for attaching the chainsaw.
Recommended for attaching tools of 10 kg max.

Directive 2001/45/CE §4.4.d : "the tools and other accessories to be used by a worker [in suspension] must be secured to the worker's harness or seat or by some other appropriate means".

The use of these tool-holding lanyards (that are not PPE) does not exempt you from the obligation of wearing PPE, in particular safety helmet (EN397/EN12492).
