/ Use
This device allows VAT to be carried out in contact with the component to be checked on direct current overhead installations (mainly electric traction: tram, metro, train):

• DC voltage detection (presence or absence of voltage)
• DC residual voltage detection (measurement of line discharge).
• Detection of real and induced alternating voltage (presence or absence of voltage).

• Double signaling of the presence of voltage: visual and/or audible indication.
• Presence of real voltage visual and audible red indication.
• Presence of residual DC voltage (load voltage) or leakage (insulator fault) visual indication orange LED.
• Presence of real or induced AC voltage blue visual indication.
• Self-test OK and No voltage green visual indication.
• Built-in self-checking device for checking (before and after use) the correct operation of the device.
• Operating temperature from -25°C to +55°C, humidity from 20% to 96%.
• IP65
• Outdoor use
• Battery: 9 volt alkaline - CEI / IEC 6LR61
• Delivered in a metal box (approx. 450 x 345 x 127 mm).
